DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Orders are dispatched to the UK via courier or Royal Mail. Orders are usually delivered within three working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your parcel 1-2 working days from your order being accepted. (Please note that during busy times, – October to January – postal services can take longer to deliver goods).

If you miss your delivery, you will be left a card detailing re-delivery or collection arrangements.

Deliveries take place any time between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturdays. 

Please note: Depending on the size or weight of an item we may occasionally use an alternative courier or postal service.

Bladed Products

Bladed products are an aged restricted item and cannot be sold to people under the age of 18 in the UK. A specific ‘Restricted Item’ delivery service is used for these products.

By placing an order on our website for a bladed product you declare that you are 18 years of age or over. These items must only be used responsibly and appropriately. The Delivery of any age restricted item will only be delivered to the address on the shipping label, but this can include the reception of a commercial building. A signature will be required upon delivery. Our delivery agents adopt a ‘Challenge 25’ approach to delivery of age restricted products and photo identification will be required if a person appears under 25, to prove that they are over 18 years old.

Another adult over the age of 18 at the same address may take delivery. Delivery to a neighbour or nominated safe place location is not available for these items.

If an adult over the age 18 is not available at the address, or if an adult has not been able to show valid photo identification under the Challenge 25 approach’, the item will be returned for attempted re-delivery the following day.

Accepted forms of ID are: Passport, Driver’s license or a Citizens card. Please be aware that if identification cannot be produced at the point of delivery then the driver will not deliver your parcel.
